  • Writing a Human Factors Engineering Plan
  • Managing the Human Factors Issues Register
  • Human Factors Analysis and Design
  • Human Factors Verification and Validation

The course is delivered by a chartered Human Factors and Ergonomics Specialist with many years of experience in carrying out Human Factors assessments.

On completion, you will be able to:

  • Understand the role and contribution of Human Factors to overall system performance and safety;
  • Identify the people-related constraints and objectives associated with a particular project scope;
  • Write and maintain a plan to address the people-related constraints and objectives;
  • Integrate this plan and its activities into the wider project programme; and,
  • Demonstrate the extent to which Human Factors Requirements have been met.

  • Task description for use error analysis
  • Use error identification (usability FMEA)
  • Use error analysis
  • Error likelihood estimation
  • Use error reduction and management

At the end of this course you will to able to:
