The House of Lords and House of Commons created a Joint Select Committee to review the draft Health Service Safety Investigations Bill. This Committee was appointed to gather evidence and give feedback on the draft Bill. CHFG consulted with experts to provide collated feedback during this process. The Committee have published their report and we are delighted to see so many recommendations taken on board.
