Being Human in Healthcare Ltd leads the way in high quality human factors training, by combining our significant clinical experience with patient safety, human factors and educational expertise. We are driven by a desire to improve patient safety and staff experience through the adoption of a Systems Approach and Just Culture, in line with the new NHSE patient safety strategy. We are also accredited NHSE trainers on the PSIRF framework and offer all the mandated PSIRF courses, as well as human factor train the trainer and one day human factor courses.
