In the context of Covid-19, the the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors (CIEHF) specialists are using their collective knowledge to provide designers and manufacturers with human factors guidance for rapid production.
CIEHF responded to an urgent request from the NHS for human factors advice for designers and manufacturers of ventilators. Following consultation with their expert members, the guidance was written, edited, designed and sent to NHS England within 48hrs.
