The CHFG had a fantastic a one day conference looking at how design and procurement in medical devices and systems can proactively improve patient safety.

During the afternoon we were joined on the panel discussion by Prof. Chris Frerk and Dan Jenkins plus Duncan McPherson from the MHRA, the panel was Chaired by Prof. Rhona Flin CHFG Trustee.

Alana Wood, User experience designer and Ashley Sumner, Quality and Risk Management Lead at DeepMind Health presented a case study in good design.  They did not wish to be filmed or to supply their presentation.
